masak-masak (my puchong aunt's house)

today i learn to cook 2 new things which are, mutton soup and tong ku keok (mushroom leg in chinese)

mutton soup.. is quite time consuming .. so i recorded the "mushroom leg" recipe.. actually ..it also can used mushroom.. Chinese mushroom, those black Chinese mushroom.... this cooking got a little spicy.. so quite suitable for "your" taste.. and its Chinese style

before i start... it should look like this after finished...(this size can for 4~5 pax)






ingredient (this size can for 4~5 pax):

OR

: Chinese mushroom used or the mushroom leg ( all cut into cubes)



onions, garlic on the left (more garlic), and 3 chili padi chopped, and removed seeds (or else ... hehe)


choi pou(update 18/6: is choi pou not tong choi) (dried white carrots seasoned to salty taste)




choi pou also ( dried red/orange carrots seasoned to sweet taste)

dried prawns... (ha-mai)
p/s:- sorry for the blur photos as it was taken in a very rush manner .. rushing to cook
-and i waited long to upload all the pic up.. so i upload the video of how its cook instead.. if you cant hear what i said .. leave me a comment then i update...because... it take so long up upload everything..
so enjoy la~~ oh.. i think i record it quite loud..(got a lot of qing-qing, chaing-chiang sound) be careful...

haha, thanks for this posting..but most of the ingredients i didn;t have lar..and i won't buy as well..cos, i don't really know how to use them mah..especially dried prawn and 'tong choi'...>"<...haha..but, it looks great lor..

actually ...is not tong choi... i mistaken it..erm.. i suddenly cannot recall... i checked and let u know..
dried prawns can do alot of things... like normal fried vege also can...

is choi poh~~ not tong choi.. "clearify"
