my first time ever ... own made"ba zhang" or Zhong zhi in chinese... on the past years, all i need to do.. is to made a special request .. the conversation will sound like this:
my aunt= i called her ah-em
aunt: hey, XXX is duan wu jie...
me: ah-em... duan wu jie is coming edi?? oh.. yes! i can eat ba zhang edi~~
aunt: yea-lor...
me: ah-em.. i want bak zhang...
aunt: okay.. how many..?
me: me... personally 3... no..4...no ..5.. . 5 should be okay..
aunt: you ah~~ fat fat then only u know..
me: hehe ... =^~^= and i don't want dried prawns.. , no dried oyster, and no lat chee..
aunt: ........
(few days later... the bak zhang is ready.. with my special request.. with only big yellow beans, yummy mushroom, "ham dan" and pork)
but this year... i coincidentally at her place when she is making it.. so.. i say.. i want ..try..
then i made this:
funny... right.. my first one.. so.. is not that bad.. at least it survive through the cooking process..

after more training in my uncle house .. i finally can make that really look like triangle "bak zhang".. and my aunt..(another one) she said i can get diploma cert from her... can passed and graduate with diploma... haha so if got chance .. i make one for u.. but i still don't know how to do the inside ingredient... i know how to pack it only ~~~pai seh~~~ =^.^=
